Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
You must contact Penrose Direct (Direct Fabrications Ltd) within 7 days upon receipt of the item(s) and return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect and you have stated it as such by email or telephone. Returned items that are found to have no defects and match the product description will not be accepted for return. No refunds will be made until the product has passed inspection.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt, quoting any reference number we have given you.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange, nor will items that the customer has deemed unsatisfactory if the product fits the product description. The buyer must take into account the description of the product before requesting a refund. Refunds will be at the seller’s discretion.
Please note we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Items cannot be exchanged.
If an item goes on back order we will contact you and possibly ship you the part of your order that is in stock, at our discretion. In this case, when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded and the item will not be shipped.
All orders are shipped within 7 days.
We currently use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Royal Mail
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance cancel your order should you wish to do so.
Health and Safety
The seller will not be responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received their item. Any harm caused due to misuse or otherwise is not the responsibility of Direct Fabrications Ltd or any associates.
