Now a division of Direct Fabrications Ltd, Penrose Direct began manufacturing high quality metalwares for the angling industry many years ago with a few basic items that included platforms and trolleys, from a small 350sq foot workshop in Attercliffe, Sheffield.

Now based in Staveley, Chesterfield our aim is to provide quality products, excellent service and value for money to all our customers.

To ensure that consistency in reliability and quality is kept, all Penrose products are rigorously field tested by pleasure, club and match anglers prior to their release on the market ensuring that you, our customers, can be safe in the knowledge that the product you purchase will keep performing for years to come and you can also be assured that our entire range of products are 100% British made right here in our Chesterfield plant.

With continuous investment in new equipment, processes and people we intend to keep bringing new and innovative products to market that are uncomplicated, hard wearing and stand the test of time with no frills or fancy jargon.
